Mindfulness training is an important part of behavior guidance. It can improve your emotional, physical and mental health. Mindfulness provides an opportunity for the brain to strengthen and enhance itself — it’s like taking the brain to the gym!
While mindfulness is in many ways a simple practice, its benefits are numerous. Physically, mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce blood pressure and improve the immune system. Intellectually, mindfulness has been shown to decrease feelings of helplessness and boost attention. Emotionally, mindfulness reduces sensitivity and improves resilience.
Together we will work to reduce anxiety, depression and cope with stressful situations through mindfulness training.
