Seeking support can be one of the most important investments you make in yourself. As a Licensed Social Worker, I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions. With a background in residential treatment and juvenile justice settings, I understand the importance of meeting clients where they are while fostering accountability, growth, and hope.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping skills, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change.
