Rebecca Congdon, LMSW
Rebecca Congdon is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Michigan. She has over 12 years of clinical experience working extensively in a multitude of mental health and medical settings with families and individuals around issues of mental health, chronic illness, substance abuse, adjustment to illness, coping, loss, and disability.
She works together with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan approach to suit you. In her practice, she utilizes mindfulness integrated cognitive behavioral therapy approach (CBT) to beat anxiety. Research has proven both mindfulness and CBT to be effective in treating anxiety and panic disorders.
